Lists company service requests

Retrieves a paginated list of the company's service requests with their categories, items, quantities and cost centers. Results are sorted by startTime. Filter by office or by when the service is needed. startDate is inclusive and endDate is exclusive, so back-to-back windows never return the same request twice. To poll for changes, pass updatedAt. Results are then sorted by updatedAt. Use the newest updatedAt you have seen as the start of the next range, and de-duplicate by id. Deleted service requests no longer appear in results. Prices, totals and currency are not included. Requires the Catering & services module.
