Gets a resource by ID

Retrieves detailed information about a specific resource by its ID. Returns complete resource data including resource ID, type (flexDesk, parking, or other), capacity, name, description, status (active or inactive), zone ID, office ID, access information (shared or dedicated with user details), and creation/update timestamps. Returns 404 if the resource is not found or does not belong to the company.
