Lists service categories of an office

GET

/serviceRequests/categories

Retrieves the service categories set up for an office, with the items that can be ordered in each. Use it to look up the categoryId and item id values on a service request. Categories that can no longer be ordered are included with isActive false. officeId is required because categories are set up per office. Requires the Catering & services module.
